Intel Nic Teaming - Really Stuck

Hi Guys, this is something I've been stuck so far I am attempting to configure ANS Teaming on a Quad Intel card, what throws me off is I was attempting to mirror one of the configuration on one of our server that is also utilizing ANS teaming, I've uploaded a screenshot, but for some reason my configs is not working I am able to sent but unable to receive on the TEAM #0 the nic team interface, has anyone encountered this issue? I am using 802.1ad Dynamic Link Aggregation.

Post your switch config. If you are using 802.3ad (Link Agg) make sure the ether-channel configuration on the switch matches appropriately.

Ports are untagged on VLAN 1

The servers mobo was replaced, and another error was thrown at me when I was statically configuring an IP address, I used the articile to fix it.

Driver was reinstalled, and other things network was complaining about a hidden drivers when I try to statically set IP address, thanks guys!

This is still not working, any advise will be great

For some reason link-aggregation has negotiated, but the TEAM network on the server side windows 2003 quad port configured for dynamic link aggregation is only sending packets but received is 0, I am wondering if LACP has to be set on both end as full or half duplex.

It this is still a Issue then use this method, I get it all the time when doing a P2V conversion to vmware all the time:

in a commandprompt(cmd.exe) type these 2 commands:

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
start devmgmt.msc

select View/show hidden devices
and remove the old nework card(s).

Remember if you are using Win2k8 you have to start the command prompt as an administrator.

Hi guys, it's a bad network card, please include this on your troubleshooting steps, the card looks like it's working, but upon running diagnostics it shows the flash as bad, on 2 of the network ports.
