Browser you use at Work
I currently use Firefox with IE tab, but it does not always work well with our intarnet. Might have to switch back to full blown IE. Boss warned me of that when I started but I hate IE. Just curious to know what everyone is using at work?

I use Opera. I have to admit that I have never taken Opera seriously until I tried them out a few months ago. If you're waiting for the new FireFox like I was, give Opera a whirl.Usus magister est optimus -

zerglings Member Posts: 295 ■■■□□□□□□□Firefox generally for work and anything else. Though, there are some intranet sites that aren't compatible with FF so I have to use IE. Not quite sure why I don't use Chrome at work since I use it at home. I rarely use FF or IE at home.:study: Life+

Otherwise I use Firefox, but even FF set to not open in new windows is somehow bypassed by the ticket system.WGU BS:IT Completed June 30th 2012.

Povilas Member Posts: 77 ■■■□□□□□□□I always force users to use latest IE with latest updates on my networks, but often enable compatibility view. It doesn't mean that I'm bad person. This is for lowering requests at helpdesk with problems like "that button on page doesn't pushes", or "that text covers another text" and so on. This is main problem, especially with developers in my country that they don't test their web pages with another browsers and don't go with standards. That's why my help desk doesn't support users using other than "standard" IE8 browser.
And IE is easier to manage trough GPO - one point for IE from Server administrator's sight. And to answer to question - I use Firefox at work, because I'm administrator2013 to do list:
