Windows 7 and 2008R2 SP1 released
Just noticed it is now available to VL customers and MSDN. Anyone installed this yet?
IT guy since 12/00
Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

Optionsundomiel Member Posts: 2,818Have it installed on a few Win7 machines with no noticeable impact but I'm really looking forward to getting it onto a Hyper-V cluster back at work. That'll probably happen sometime next week.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/

OptionsNinjaBoy Member Posts: 968So far I've tried to install it on 4 machines at work, all 4 failed - 3 existing Windows 7 machines, 1 freshly built machine (all up to date - fresh machine had no AV).
Will be looking into why next week.
