I recently didnt pass a MS exam... i think maybe i should back up and do the A+.
What do you guys think of that plan??
is it true you only need 60/100 questions to pass one of them??
what are the main differences and what is better to start with 701 or 702

A+ is a good start. But it also depends on what you need in your career path as well as interest.
Comptia website has objectives and score needed to pass. I suspect, you should shoot for at least 750 (in essentials) and 800 (in practical applications) which could mean 75 and 80 correct answers at the min.
