For IT systems admin 50-60k

Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline,
OR
 MCSE or MCITP status in recent Microsoft operating systems,
OR
 2 or more years of combined experience with the following technical skills:
PC hardware installation, maintenance, and repair. Experience with HP servers, HP workstations, or Apple desktops a plus.
 Windows Server (2003 or 200

installation and support.
 Ethernet and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
All they're asking for is an AS for a sys admin?

Depends on where it is I guess.

I think it is somewhat common to ask for an AAS for a sys admin. Many jobs around here list a BS as a plus but AS or AAS required. Some don't list degree requirements at all.

Nothing unusual about this job at all, wouldn't call it a sys admin role though. More like IT support officer.

If that is "all" they are asking for expect a lot of competition.
