USB cable test equipment

Anyone know a good brand of meter/test equipment for testing USB cable continuity, and test for impedance and capacitance?

I was looking on the Fluke site, and couldn't find anything.

My boss stuck me on a project of find a test for the USB cables and USB extenders we use. He loves all the lights, and if it provides a report of some sort..ugh.
