Comptia E learning course
Does anyone recommend using Comptia's e learning courses offered by Element K? Or should I study with textbooks?

If the course is just as overpriced as their exams, I'd steer away from it. Is your employer paying for it? -

I've sampled quite a few of the element k courses and the quality varies greatly. Some of the courses are great and some of them are just horrible.
I have a subscription through IEEE so I decided to go take a look at the A+ stuff. It looks ok - How much is it going to cost? I wouldn't pay much. If it's free or close to free it might be a decent second or third resource.
Stick with the Mike Meyers books and others mentioned on this site, professor messer videos, an old pc you can take apart, and a good practice test from a reputable vendor. -

Mike meyers books are the best in the business. I like Jean Andrews' books too, but hers tend to be incredibly thick and a dry read and does have some errors (read through the amazon reviews to see a blatant one regarding Hyperthreading and Hypertransport)......
As much as I want to support other women in the field that's the kind of error that will make you look like an idiot at an interview.
