Does anyone know which books out of the list that cisco gives would be best for studying for the CCIE R/S?

    I read all of those books except "Wireless Network First-Step".

    would anyone recomend a few of these books to start out with.

    Doyle is the root of routing and switching. Start there to get an understanding of how Cisco wants you to view TCP/IP; then, switch to each technology on the list. Before you take the written use the flash cards and CCIE study guide.

    Try starting with the first book on your list and then finish when you get to the last book on your list. Then you are maybe 25% on your way.
