vmware training in Minnesota?

ok before I finally eventually leave my current non-IT job, I wanna use up ALL their tuition benefits. I was scheduled a vmware class(for the cert) at an accredited school, but it got cancelled cause of low enrollment, but I am having trouble finding another school to do it, any ideas?
