Cisco Support Contracts - are they always so stupid ?

Man that is annoying the hell out of me. I purchased a SmartNet Contract, took them 5 days to finally add it to my account on cisco.com .. but that is it, no further information are visible and the site bombs out ..
I am now on mail number 20 - back and forth - and they keep sending me the same link to a 404 page ..

True .. gonna give it another try on Monday .. don't need the support RIGHT NOW .. important thing was the IOS download which already works - so that's my weekend "sorted"My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com
