Finance for Non Financial Managers

I realize this isn't IT related, so my apologizes in advance. I was wondering if anyone knew of a class or book that would go over financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting?

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I asked my mentor at work what I needed to learn and he said ITIL, which I am doing, but he also mentioned forecasting, planning, and budgeting.

I can find out on Tuesday what company offers one. We have an internal training course that is exactly that's done by an outside consultant company.
