A user here is having an issue that is driving me crazy. For some reason all meeting invites he gets that have an embedded attachment show with strange formatting. Image on the left is how everyone sees it. Image on the right is the user in question.
I went through most of the options related to HTML/RTF but everything matches my settings. Any ideas? Client is Outlook 2010 on Win 7 64 and server is E2K7.

Is there anything else about his machine "off" just a little bit? I had a similar issue that was due to low resolution & big font size, but that affected almost everything. -

Negative. Hardware is standardized across the company. I even set his profile on my computer and the meetings still come in with the weird formatting.
