D-link router thingy.

Ok, I am not sure if I can ask this here, but if I cannot, some one erase it. Anyway, I have a D-Link wireless router and downloaded something called a Bittorent. According to the instructions, something has to be done for successful "seeding" can someone explain further on this, or tell me how to set up my router to accept seeding?
