Is there actually something wrong with GNS3.net? I just opened up all three of my browsers, and they all show the same result. No background and no styles. Looks like the CSS file got mess up or something.

Looks screwed up to me.

They may have modified it recently and jacked it up. The logo.png that contains the GNS3 logo refers to "//logo.png" instead of "/themes/drupify/logo.png". There may be other stuff wrong too.
