A cheap, rack mountable QinQ switch

I'm looking for any vendor switch that is rack mountable and supports QinQ, yet is cheaper than a Cisco 3550. Any recommendations?

    Have you seen this one? http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10022/index.html

    Well, it is still Cisco sort of but does support QinQ......

    Not sure on price but should be cheaper than 3550....

    Looks like it is about $200.
    I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.

    You can find 3550's on eBay for less than $200, most in the $130-$170 range shipped and even with 1 year warranties.

    Ha, ha. It looks like it has been a while since I bought my 2 3550s on eBay.:) They were quite a bit more but then they have POE and the EMI image.

    Granted that was a while back.....

    Last time I looked up there I was trolling for a 3560 and had sticker shock.icon_wink.gif

    A year or so ago they were in the 300 range with 3560's in the 1400 range. You can get a 3560 for around 600 these days depending where you look.

    I think you can get 3560s as low as $450 now. It's disappointing that I'd have to waste a 3550 for QinQ and there is nothing out there under $100.

    I'm assuming you're using it as a breakout switch for Dynamips?
