Resource usage reporting
In Server 08 R2 is there a built in way or third party software that will monitor resource (CPU load, Available Memory etc.) usage and generate a report? Looking for something that you could customize to every hour or so.
We're fighting with a software vendor now with slowness issues, we're 3x their suggested specifications on all the servers but they still want to claim utilization issues with the system resources as the culprit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Something like performace monitor(perfmon.exe) or resource monitor(resmon.exe)?
