You can already download a Trial / Purchase a new one. If you got licenses which are eligible for upgrade you have to wait until next week

But the trial is 30 days anyway ...

I'm loving the new "AutoStart" feature. It was long overdue! I have my pfSense VM, and my CentOS 6 LAMP server for my website using it. Now I can reboot the Windows 7 host and have all my VMs start up automatically.

I like the whole interface .. now we better get those keys upgraded as I just upgraded the virtual hardware of one of my (important) VMs

I have a new favorite feature...

Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT support! You can now run 64bit VMs on a nested ESXi install... my lab just got even more awesome!
