im just away to start studying for the hardware exam and have bought learn key cbt nuggets and mike meyers all in one certificate 5th edition,is there any other manuals that i need to read cheers

That, and access to a PC and some different hardware should do it. Also check out our resources here:

and make sure you download the exam objectives from the CompTIA site and use that as your main guide. Plus you can always ask here.
