Ok so I'm practicing on Packet Tracer and I'm trying to do a "show cdp neighbor details" and the output is "CDP is not enabled'. What am I missing here? thx.

Sounds like you need to enable CDP.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -
