I am so excited!

This was the hardest certification exam I have ever taken.

29/40 barely passed!

I went through the ITIL Zone which did a great job. I recommend them if you decided to use on line training!

I also read the OGC Service Transition Book!

FEELS GOOD!

This was the hardest ITIL Exam I have taken thus far. I am extremely proud of myself for this one.

Great job! How much time did you devote to preparation? I assume you took the class in addition to using the reading materials your first post listed?

Yes ITIL TrainingZone online for the course and the OGC book for additional studies. I studied for about 2 months. With my busy schedule and a family with two children I had to pace myself. I will admit I ramped up the last 2 weeks.

This thing was a beast and Thank God it's over with.

I do, I plan on getting V3 expert eventually. I am falling back to capabilities next ITIL Exam. I am eyeing down PPO for the next one. However I need to advise my mentor before I make a decision.

I have two more capabilities and then the MALC before I am V3 Expert.

    Kind regards,

    Patrick

No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.

    Hi Panchals

Try contacting Loyalist (www.loyalistexams.com) - they are an examination institute based in Canada.

You must have attended an accredited training course either online or in a classroom before you can take the exam.
