    You could load Win 7 in a VM to do labs if that's what you're looking for otherwise:

    boson.com
    transcender.com
    measureup.com

    I think all of their practice exams have sims.

    You can make up your own simulations, based on the exam objectives.

    Just be careful on your searches for this kind of material. When I was looking for practice exam material for the 686, most of the hits I got were brain ****. You're on the right track here--just find a couple of reputable sites and stick with them. As for the 680, my advice would be to do as Psoasman and TL said--get a list of the objectives and start labbing it up. You can hit up technet for detailed walkthroughs of a lot of the deployment and other activities.

    Also, don't forget to spend some time getting familiar with the different monitoring tools in w7- performance monitor, reliability monitor, etc, etc. That section tends to catch people by surprise (at least, it did me and some other folks on here from what I've read). Good luck.
