Anyone bought a Syngress book directly from the publisher?
I have a major problem. I purchased the Network+ book from Syngress on October 17th and have yet to receive it (they said it would be delivered within 3 or 4 days). I also cannot track it or download it.
I have sent SEVERAL emails to the company expressing this as well as leaving voice mails for their customer service people but no one seems to return any of my emails or calls.
I just wondered if anyone has dealt with them in the past is all. Sorry for the rant....just VERY VERY frustrated
