if you dont pass the test the first time how long do you have to wait to take it again, and do you have to pay again.

Don't know, but certainly not longer than a week. Could be 48 hours just as well.

your allowed to resit it once anytime, but if you fail the second time you have to wait 30 days before you can sit it again!
