Resetting Cisco AP

Hey guys, how do I reset the AP back to default configuration?
We have been trying to convert the AP 3502i from autonomous to LWAPP, but no success.
The method we tried are these:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/1289156#1289156 However, we got an error message "%Error opening tftp://10.0.0.2/ ap3g1-k9w7-mx.124-25d.JA1 <Timen Out>"
We could ping the AP and the ping from the AP to laptop was working as well.
We tried this: Sam's wireless: Surveying with a 3502 (followup post)
But the AP is unable to find the tftp server.
Is there any way to go back to LWAPP mode?

I'm not sure of that method you post there.

3500's a lightwieght by defualt, did you convert it by loading a 1262 code version on it?
did you rename the file as he mentioned in the post? It looks like it's trying to open the file as the ap3g1-k9w7-mx.124-25d.JA1 and not ap3g1-k9w7-tar.default as the post mentions. Also you have it connected to a computer running a tftp server with the IP address of 10.0.0.2?The only easy day was yesterday! -

A factory reset is done by unplugging the AP, then holding down the little 'mode' button for a few seconds while plugging it back in.
