I am primarily desktop support at my current job. I really like my current situation. Great boss, environment, co-workers. It's easy. The new job would be more challenging and doing more server/network support. Also a great co. to work for Should i entertain a counter offer? I know there are many pitfalls. If so, what should i ask for? 25%, 30%? Keep in mind I am dirt BROKE, have a family, big mortgage, bills up the yazoo so money play a BIG factor in this. Thank you for your replys!
