Been "Tasked" with being a SME for Cisco Call Manager

Hello, well I've been asked by my supervisors to be a "boss" with Cisco Call Manager 4.3.
I've played with it in a test environment about six months ago, have a few MS Powerpoint slides and I am starting to browse a Cisco pdf called Solution Network Reference Design (SNRD).
I've also poked around on Cisco's forums under Collaboration, Voice and Video and there is a TON of documentation to wade thru.
Had a recommendation to hit Amazon up and buy a book. There are a number of books there and not sure where to start at or if this would be a good place to start, so I though I would get some recommendations here first before going forward.

I'd start here. The admin guide was my go to when I was working with Call Manager. I'm not sure if there are any books that will have this same amount of info.

4.3 is going to be out of service soon, so your 1st line of business should be to get you up to a updated version that is supported by cisco. VOIP is unlike route/switch. You get a lot of user problems with VOIP that require serious debugging and tracing to be done. Bad part about it is that 4.3 is a good version. The newer versions will be much more buggy
