Does anyone know of a company that creates a 2-to-2 Cat5/6 manual switch box? It would be like this:

except there would be two input ports, and a total of four output ports. Input 1 could go to output A or B, and input 2 could go to output C or D, and the output port is controlled with the same knob.
The same thing could be accomplished with two of the 1-to-1 switch boxes as long as both knobs are changed simultaneously, just curious if there is a one box solution out there. Searches aren't turning much up.
