Introductory Citrix Question

I have a job interview coming up that I am trying to prepare for. I know nothing about Citrix and I would like to do some research on the implementation this company is using. I know how they are using it, but I don't know what it is. Could someone point me in the right direction?
Essentially, when their user's log onto their local PC, they log into Citrix to access all of their Office applications, their web browser and any other productivity they need.
I'm specifically looking for a product or architecture type to research. Thanks guys!!!!!!!

Sounds most likely that it is a XenApp implementation with applications being published to their PCs. Not too likely to be XenDesktop. XenApp is a pretty big beasty to dig into. I'm not sure. It's an Analyst 2 position, but Citrix is a minor part of the position from what I understand. I'l do some research on both XenDesktop and XenApp. Thanks for your help!!!BS - Computer Science

What you're describing is Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), so reading up on the basics of that is the best place to start. Citrix is also known for application load balancers (different from network traffic load balancers)
