I have no idea what any of this all means. Does it apply to me? My works phone works.

I love the spectrum requirements that they quote. I am almost always near my own wifi, been back on an AT|&T data plan for 2 months, and less than 3MB of non -wifi data. I am definitely paying for my phone.
