where is my CCNA Kit and Email

How to know if my CCNA Kit is being shipped? My certificate status in the Certification Tracking System under Kit sent says "n/a", Returned - "no".

I took my exam last November, I'm waiting for the email but they didn't send. Then after a few weeks I authenticate my score in vue website and I saw my Cisco ID there then I start registering in the Certification Tracking System. I see in my profile that they typed my email incorrectly. I don't receive an email from Cisco and Vue until now. Are the emails important?

Advice please.

Emails are important and certs that don't show up are very common if Vue gets your personal information down incorrectly.

And last november, is that the november of this year or the one of last year???

So you better get on the phone or email; get your score reports across to those guys and get them to fix your personal information and address, etc.

You might have read that you can even get your certificate in PDF format via email. I got mine like that. It is fast and the advantage is that you will not have to pay if you need additional copies.
