Minnesotans, assemble

I've noticed a pretty heavy concentration of MN-based posters here. I'm not sure what it is (we do have a high concentration of fortune 500s relative to the population, I suppose), but I'm interested in having a list of Minnesotans on TE visible. I think TE is a pretty decent enough place to network, and I've noticed more than a couple in here I could see working with.

Anyway, I'm interested to see a list of who here lives in or commutes within the Twin Cities Metro Area. My organization (a small MSP in Minneapolis) is looking to fill a few positions at varying skill levels this year, including some immediately. Let me know here or via PM if you're interested in job opportunities now or in the future. I've seen a few in particular who I think might be, but I don't want to start soliciting people who aren't interested.

I am not a recruiter, nor is finding candidates even part of my job. This is simply job networking, and I have a personal interest in seeing these positions filled by well qualified individuals.

Yes, I too have noticed more and more folks from the twin cities showing up on TE. Would be nice to all get together some evening.

I grew up in MN. I have been living and working in Seattle for the past 11 years. My family and I are moving back to MN in May.

I was born in Minnesota and lived there for 22 years. I moved to California in 2007 and have been looking for an excuse to convince my California-born wife to move back with me. She said if I can get a job she'll consider it! I think I shall keep an eye on this thread as I move forward in my career.
