how to ensure an employer?

Dear all

I have a question about how to ensure an employer in the interview that i will work with them for a long time.Because some companies want to ensure that candidate work for them for a long period of time and he is not a just learner and switch to another job what is the trick to ensure employer thanks.

You could answer it when they ask you "So, where do you want to be in 5 years time?". If you wanted to get into networking, you can say it them that you would hope to expand inside the company and become a network admin.

I tend to answer honestly - I'm looking for a career, not a job. And I tend to follow up that question with my own, such as how much upward mobility is likely in the company, do they train. When you ask those kinds of questions, they see you're interested in long term, and not just using them as a stepping stone. Of course, the answers you get may make you realize the company is not one you want to work for...

But if my purpose is only to get any position in that company due to some financial problem and i want to ensure that i will remain with the company for long time

I am with forsaken here. I want to grow and expand my skills and bring that benefit to the company I work in. I always recount the times I have left a company, when I have left it in a better state than I started and in the hands of people who will continue to drive it forward. I am still in contact will all my previous employees and attend lots of Christmas dinners.

I think it help to show that when you do move you move for the right reasons and you remain loyal afterwards.

Well, to me, it sounds like you're just looking for a paycheck, but you want to convince an employer otherwise. I feel that's a bit dishonest, and not something I'm willing to help with. I wish you luck.

I think u r from a rich country but i belong to a 3rd world country. And try to gain a job does not mean that we are dishonest after getting job i will work hard and i want to ensure that i will work for long time.

Then just tell them that. How about you research the company and express to them your interest. If they see you take a sort of interest outside of just IT, then perhaps you will convey your dedication.

Just say exactly that. As long as you mean it, that will suffice. Choice of words is far less important.
