    Ditto

I have the Darril Gibson book for MS Windows Networking Essentials. Plan is to study enough to get the MTA as well as Net+ after that to cover my networking basics on the way up.

Any hints or advice for study would be great from anybody who has taken these. I love technology but have the type of brain that just doesn't remember enough if it's not in practice, so I'm not the best at test taking tests and remembering lists of detailed information that's barely relevant to everyday operations. I.e. "in the original spec for serial ports what was the max bus speed...", eh, nobody cares. So just wondering if the test is "like that", or more practical with real world issues.
    Thx

Just took this on Mondy. Test was pretty straightforward with questions that had one obvious answer. I used Ucertify and Darill Gibson's MTA book. If you have access to Labsim for the N+ use those videos too as they will help as well!
