Here's some cell phone shots of mine, not the best quality, but you get the idea, and yes I know my cable management is terrible.
Here's a list of my gear
6x 2651xm with 6x wic 1t's, 1x nm-4a/s, 2x nm-8a/s dispersed among them.
1x 1721 (not shown)
1x 2960
1x 2950 (on loan from work)
1x 3550 (on loan from work)
2x 2940 (not shown)
Digi CM 32 (access switch)
all mounted in a Skeletec 20U rack.
Right now I've got it all set up to match the scenario for "freeccnaworkbook.com" -

I'm pretty new here, and thought I'd post up my lab and see what you guys thought, and if I need anything else.
Sorry no pics at the moment, will try to get some soon.

I might be getting a 2511 also, in a couple of weeks from a buddy.
Anything else you guys would recommend? I plan on going at least though my CCNP, and possible CCNA Voice, will this gear get me there?
Thanks.
How difficult was it to set up the Digi CM 32? I have a AS-2509-RJ and its out of ports now. I think i would rather have the Digi CM 32.Studying For:

I know this wasn't aimed at me, but I just finished setting up my Digi CM 32. It's cake to set up..point your browser to the management IP, login, and do some very basic config.
One question I have to any other Digi CM users is- do you have a latency when connecting to devices off of the Digi? For example, when I telnet/SSH to devices by specifcying the port number (ie: telnet 172.16.1.1 5020 where 172.16.1.1 is the Digi CM and 5020 is the assigned port number), it takes literally 10+ seconds to come up with a prompt. -

Hmm... I am in the final stages of building INE's topology (How To Build A CCIE Rack | INE) lab with some differences. My lab has similarities with yours
3 x 1841
1 x 2651XM
1 x 2621XM with NM-4A/S
1 x 2610XM
1 x 2621 with NM-8A/S (Frame relay switch)
1 x 2501
1 x 2503
4 x 3550 (2 are for sale, I'm getting 2 3560s at the end of the month).
1 x ASA 5505
and
1 x Digi CM32 (great device for access, much easier to work with than a cisco access server).
Why the 2 servers though?
One server is an image/tftp server. I'll use that to store configs and images for quick TFTP access. Mostly, though- it'll just be my all purpose server..for testing, wireshark captures, tftp, etc. The other server is currently my ESXi server, though I'm thinking I'm going to just install FreeNAS and use it as a home file server. -

@veritas_libertas - Does your Skeletek sway back and fourth if you push it. As in the rack part, not the whole unit? My 16U does that and I didn't know if it was like that for everyone.Studying For:

I haven't noticed it doing that. I know it doesn't move well on carpet. -

Here is mine, just got the CM32 console server going
The 3640 is now running 12.4 IOS and the 3x2620s are connected to it for frame relay lab. I should have ordered 2950-24s originally, thats how I ended up with 5 switches, I'll probably sell the 2x2950-12s ...should be good for vlan/trunking/spanning tree stuff I think.
top to bottom:
digi cm32
2x2950-24
3x2620 with wic2t cards (top one is open, need to upgrade flash and ram).
1x3640 with nm-4as and nm1e2w

The highest voltage out of the power supply is 12, I should be okNice. I still haven't had time to set my Digi CM32 up yet. I am going to have to soon though.
Let me know how loud yours is, the fan in mine needs to be replaced I think. I am crossing my fingers the wireless card in route is going to work with it, then I can lab from the living room lol.2015 goals - ccna voice / vmware vcp. -

LOL, I wouldn't be worried about you. If you have kids who like to poke things, like my one year-old than the power supply could be a target. Sorry, I just get nervous when I see things like that.Let me know how loud yours is, the fan in mine needs to be replaced I think. My 2950 is starting to develop a new noise. I'll probably have to track down which one fan is getting bad. -

It's a $28 rack from amazon.com, it's advertised as 12U, but even a 2950 won't fit in the bottom slot, same goes for 26xx in the slot next to it since the rack is angled you have to put shorter items in the bottom few slots.2015 goals - ccna voice / vmware vcp. -

I don't have near 10 seconds lag on mine. I noticed a little last night when I was sitting next to my lab, but when i'm at my office I notice none. It's probably my slow computer at home that was creating the lag.How difficult was it to set up the Digi CM 32? I have a AS-2509-RJ and its out of ports now. I second Mrock4's comment about how easy it is to get setup.. I just set mine up last night. Messed with it for about an hour and i'm sshing into it from my office today -

That's awesome! I am so tempted right now to order me one even though I want to do my CCENT after I do my A+ Net+ & Security+. I'm more than likely to break down and order it. From what I have seen the current prices are pretty good, and I sure would hate to miss out on them.Studying For:

I third everyone's comments about how easy it was to setup the DiGi CM32. I didn't have the right console cable, and the Cisco blue cable won't work. Luckily I had a crossover cable available. I configured the NIC in my laptop to a static IP address on the network of the default IP address of the CM32 (after doing factory reset), and I was able to connect just fine to the https web interface. My WGU B.S. I'll have to get a clearer pic, still need a few more things to complete my lab. (Along a few more mounting brackets to rack the stuff in the background)
Looks good can you give us a run down on all your gear? I see a few more switches sitting behind the rack I believe. -

Top 4 routers - 1841s
Next 2 are 2621xm's (Not max memory just yet)
Middle of the rack 2x 3750's
In the background I got 2x 2960s (LANBase image) and then 2x 3550's (NOC-Ninja should recognize them), then a 3745, In that order. I need to get some more rack mounts for those.
Also got 2x 9 port PDU's in the rack one up top for the switches, another on the bottom for the routers.
I still need to get a few more routers, access server, a lot more WIC's. (I might throw in a ASA5505 in the future if I decide to do CCNP: Sec before CCIE)My Networking blog

it looks good. I like those 2 3550's you have.
Those 1841's are not cheap at all. It broke my bank account. -
