Loading new IOS to Flash

Hi,
I've deleted the IOS I had in flash (backed it up first) just to I could practise recovering my switch if the worst was to happen.
It now boots into the Switch: prompt.
I thought I'd be able to assign an ip address and tftp my image back to flash. Looking at the commands available to me though, it seems I can't do this. Is xmodem the only way to go now?

Sometimes xmodem is the only way (set the baud raute on both ends to 115k and it will go MUCH faster than default 9600), what model is it?2015 goals - ccna voice / vmware vcp. -

2950. I saw that someone on here done pretty much the same as me, but it then turned out they could have assigned an IP address instead. May be different model I guess. -

Figured it out. Flash copy complete, 1hr 20mins for a 3.5MB file. Tested and working! Feels good! -
