Is it ok if i used the previous edition of sybex network+, the n1-002 to prepare for the exam??

    If you combine it with some up-to-date stuff, yes. At the exam objectives section at comptia.org, you can download a PDF showing the exact differences between the n10-002 and n10-003 exam. You can google for the missing pieces, and most of my Network+ TechNotes are updated, from which you can get more relevant info than the previous edition of a Network+ book, but combined it should do the trick.
