PXE and multicast

Does anyone know what protocol command I would use to configure a router/switch to allow the passing of multicast traffic and PXE?

I found this from Cisco. Is this a good start?

Cisco Press has a whole book on multicast, so your question does not have a simple answer. Yes the link you show is a good start but only the beginning.

Basically we are using a program called altiris to remotely manage a lot of machines. On of the things it can do is remote LAN wake up, but it uses a multicast to do it. We just upgraded are routers and switches and I wanted to allow the multicast from our datacenter server to be routable and pass on to all the nodes in the remote offices when needed

    well, I'd use auto-rp and sparse-dense mode .....

Careful with Altiris. It can be like Ghost in multicast mode and kill a LAN or at least the directly connected switch when you push an image using multicast. You must be very careful with that stuff.
