Destination Folder Access Denied - Try Again
I have a program running on Server 2008R2 that needed an update file from the software developers. Their instructions were to unzip the file into the same directory as the original, and then all will be well.
Logged on as admin, full permissions, and when I go to unzip the file, I get "destination folder access denied" and a try again or cancel button.
Any idea on how I can get this file to copy? It is going to a sub folder on the root of C: (c:\apps\program name\program folder)

Are you using the Windows utility or a different program to unzip it?
Have you tried unzipping it to a different directory then moving the files in manually? -

Windows. And I have unzipped it to a different folder, and tried to copy it, drag and drop, etc and get the same error message. -

Big no no, but have you tried granting everyone full access to the folder and then unzipping? Then remove everyone or grant it whatever access it had prior to your change.WIP:

^^ This. If the program is running, you can't overwrite files that are currently in use.
