iPad/iPhone + iCloud + ActiveSync contacts nightmare

Has anyone seen this ridiculous issue where Exchange contacts get duplicated in an endless loop? Scenario involves big number of contacts and a possible bug in iOS which triggers the duplication. Our CEO's contacts went from 5,000 to 155,000 in a matter of 8 hours.

When my colleague called Apple support this is what they said: "Sir, we understand the problem, but you will need to call WINDOWS for that." Yes, you read right, call WINDOWS. Apple is not even acknowledging the issue which doesn't help.

Just curious if someone else out there has seeing this.

That is weird. I had issues figuring out contacts with my Android phone and Google but I was new to what was local and not and spent a while figuring out why I was creating contacts it was showing up in triples.
