Im re-reading chapters and trying a different way of viewing what im reading besides "Black and White text"
Something jumped out at me:
"To optimize convergence, an engineer could simply reduce the Hello and Hold Timers, accepting insignificant additional overhead, in return for shorter convergence times. These settings can be made per interface/subinterface, and per EIGRP process."
What would be considered "insignificant"?

What size are EIGRP hello packets? How many are usually sent a second/period of time? Multiply that by however much you decrease the timers by and you have your answer.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
