Script to run on PC to pull email signature?

I was wondering if someone was well versed in scripting and could create a batch file or some script to replace the default signature folder for outlook from a network location where the folder sits.

For instance copy signature htm/rtf files from a network drive and replace the generic signature file on the new profile.
