    I've done my WGU application up until the payment part. I literally do not have $65 to pay them as I am currently unemployed and have two children. I really want to finish my BA (I already have an AA) instead of finding another crappy job. I will be attending for sure if I can get a waiver of the fee. I would really appreciate a referral if anyone has one available.
