Its still a little unreal for me, great company and great salary(CCNA ,N+ probably helped me out:)),

Its in IT consulting, I'd be going on-site to multiple client site and provide support , maybe some project work I guess whatever they want me to do. Ive done IT consulting before for my internships and loved it hopefully ill still love it after a few months.
Starting in September because I haven't graduated yet but now I can finally stop interviewingicon_cheers.gificon_cheers.gificon_cheers.gificon_cheers.gif

Any advise would be great
Thanks TE

Congrats! You are a better man than I! I am not sure I could do consulting for a service provider. On one hand, you exposure to many different technologies, processes, networks, way people do things, etc because trust me- EVERYONE does it a little bit differently.

But on the other, you don't really get your "own" environment. You are always working on someone elses.

Like any job, Pros and Cons. Good luck in your new job!

It is my first full-time IT job. I've had a few internships at IT consulting companies, so i kind of know what I'm getting into. I feel like it will provide me with the most exposure to a lot of different technology which I think will keep it interesting.

@Mrock4 of course I have BIG plans for the next few years all I need is the time :)

    Matt,

Congrats on your first full time IT job!! I wasn't downplaying or knocking the position at all- I think you will learn a TON. Sorry if it came across that way. Again, congrats and good luck! Keep your mind open and soak it all in!
