IPX or Appletalk on the CCNA?

Hello, folks.
I don't deal with this stuff at work so it'll be kind of foreign to me. Reading it sounds kind of stupid, because nobody uses appletalk or ipx anymore.
Will the CCNA drill me on this?
I didn't see IPX or Appletalk listed on the exam requirements ~ but these things can always happen.

I'm just not completely sure I'll be able to subnet in ipx or.. whatever.. with appletalk.
I understand how they work, their host/networks portions (I think!).
Will this need to be something I need to concentrate on for my saturday exam?

Thanks,
Jp

If you're using a book with Appletalk and IPX, its probably an old one... make sure you've gone over VLSM and NAT which might be the topics that have been added or enhanced on the CCNA exam.

    Good luck on Saturday icon_thumright.gif

The latest and greatest Cisco Press INTRO book mentions IPX in the context of protocol type and features. The INTRO test I had today was all IP.
