I am uploading the first 4 study guides I used to study for the exam. The information in my study guides were obtained through various Microsoft Books, training videos, other study guides from this forum, and Technet. The format of each one is different and changes as I go along. I never could get comfortable with a format.
I will be uploading the rest within the next few days.
Hope this helps.

OptionsLunchbocks Member Posts: 319 ■■■■□□□□□□Thanks zrockstar. The people in this forum have helped me out quite a bit, so I am just returning the favor. Attached is the next group of study guides. Rather than just have 1 or 2 guides, I have found it easier for myself to divide them up into the subject I am focusing on at the time. Others may want to combine them, whatever works for them.Degree: Liberty University - B.S Computer Science (In Progress)

Optionszrockstar Member Posts: 378Cool LB, good luck on the 642. My school's server track starts with 646, so I am in that class right now and hoping to go for the cert at the end of the term. I know it is supposed to be the "last" in the series, but so far nothing has been difficult to keep track of.

OptionsLunchbocks Member Posts: 319 ■■■■□□□□□□Thanks, good luck with your 646. I'm not sure that the order of the exams matter as long as you pass all three.Degree: Liberty University - B.S Computer Science (In Progress)

OptionsLunchbocks Member Posts: 319 ■■■■□□□□□□My pleasure. When studying for the 640, make sure you lab as much as possible. There is so much info on this exam, that doing labs helps to remember things for the exam.

Optionsjmritenour Member Posts: 565Good stuff here - taking 70-647 this weekend, and I've labbed the hell out of everything, but this looks like good final review for the week before the test. OptionsChev Chellios Member Posts: 343 ■■■□□□□□□□Hi Lunchbocks, just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to put those study guides together and sharing them with us. I've been working off the server 2008 R2 training kit and the labs plus technet towards taking the 70-640. Though my attempts at putting some concise study guide together has failed with me not sure on the level of detail needed for every point as it's easy with the vast amount of information for this exam to write your own book. Thanks again, the ones I've viewed are spot on, keep up the good work

OptionsLunchbocks Member Posts: 319 ■■■■□□□□□□Thanks Chev, it's my pleasure. After taking a few months off to get through the holidays and get some projects done, I have started studying for the 70-642 exam. As I get my study guides done for this exam, I will post them as well.
Good luck on your exam. If you do a lot of labbing with studying, you should do well.Degree: Liberty University - B.S Computer Science (In Progress)
