passed the 291 second time round! emot-woot.gif

i did good in dhcp and security, perfect in dns and "running the environment", and poorly in rras. weird, cuz i got a perfect score in that section last time. ah well.

i borrowed the syngress book and transcender from a friend, the book is excellent as was the transcender.
the exam cram was horrible, i would not recommend it at all for this exam.

    OMNI grab your Comptia Security+ cert to complete your MCSA.

    By taking the Sec+ instead of the MS elective you get another cert for the resume, and i found the comptia exams much more enjoyable to study for than the microsoft. Plus the 1-2 line multiple choice answers of the security+ are much more enjoyable than the 2 paragraphs + sims that the microsoft exams have.

    thanks. i am in fact planning to do the security+ but it will be for my eventual mcse: security.

    to finish my mcsa i will do the 284 for an mcsa: messaging, though first i will do the 293.

    291 is tough one congrats. Perfect in DNS? Amazing! and 293 is tough too, so study your certificates, group policy and server clustering vs network load balencing they come up alot. Good luck!
