CISSP Concentration Paperwork

Hi there. I am a CISSP in good standing. If I want to pursue one of the concentrations, would I need to submit endorsement paperwork upon passing the concentration exam? Or... is the paperwork JUST for the 'main' certifications ISC2 offers?

You do not need to submit paper work. You earn the designation as soon as you pass.
