have just passed my A+ and N+ exams, unsure of direction in which to proceed, microsoft or cisco! any advise welcome

What route do you want to go networks or severs? If you want networks go to cisco but if you want to do server go to microsoft, but an understanding of both will be very helpfull

Where is the best paid?
The most job satisfaction? (obviously can only be answered on a case by case basis)
Who has server jobs, how has networking and are they happy?
