Just Passed 9LO-408

Just passed my Apple Mac OS X 10.8 exam. Feeling pretty good, but slightly bummed that I only got 92%. Not a bad effort, i hadn't planned on doing this as I am currently doing my MCITP (Have been for some time now) and just decided on Thursday night to do it and so I grabbed the manual, looked at two sections I haven't touched before and went for it.

Now to either continue the MCITP or go on and do the Server and Support Essential exams?

Cheers

Congrats, MCITP certifications have more reach and opportunities then apple so I'd focus on Microsoft
    Current Certification Exam: ???
Future Certifications: CCNP Route Switch, CCNA Datacenter, random vendor training.

    Thanks.

That why I originally started on the MCITP and my forward thinking. Although my dream job is to work for Apple. However, to get there, when I move up in the world of employment from my current employer, I will more than likely go through Microsoft shops before getting to Apple.

I'm the sole Apple support at my current employer and figured I should have a go. Prior I have spent over a year working on MCITP and still only getting 600/1000 for practice exams, so to pass has been a great lift of a burden off my shoulders.

Well done kj0. I recently passed the Lion Support Essentials and Lion Server exams for the Apple Consultant Network stuff. I wasn't aware that the 10.8 exams were out yet? Might jump straight on them while knowledge from the 10.7 still fresh

    Hi Daniel.

    Thanks.

Good to see another Brisbane based fellow on here. My plan is next to go for ML Server - However, the material isn't due until December (apparently).

I hope it is somewhat easy... I would imagine that 10.8 would be similar to 10.7 as it had questions to do with items that haven't changed in years.

if you work in Apple world, you need a strong UNIX fundament. So consider also doing a UNIX/Linux certification.
