Physical certs

Got the physical certs for DCD & DT from VMware over the weekend. DCD cert looks just like the VCP cert. VCDX cert probably looks just like VCP cert as well. Stacked all 4 certs into the nice frame wife got me when I got my VCP4.

Nice! How far are you from putting that fifth cert (DCA) in that frame?

He can't go for the DCA - 5 certs won't allign properly in a frame - so unfortunately he has to stop right there ;):p

LOL! I wish he'd stop but the bugger will not stop just yet. Hopefully I can beat him to the DCA!

It's booked for next Tuesday. Probably not ready, but I'll take it anyway.

    NDA Experience is probably

    1. Signed in
    2. Sat down
    3. Finished Exam
    4. Grabbed "pass" paper
    5. Go home have beer
    6. Post on techexams passed note

    Done :p

    Nope, for the DCA it's:

    1. Signed in
    2. Sat down
    3. Finished most of the Exam since you had to skip some that you weren't familiar with because it would take too long to figure out and make you miss others
    4. Grabbed "You've taken the exam" paper
    5. Go home have beer
    6. Post on techexams "I don't know if I passed" note
    7. Wait 2-4 weeks on results, checking email every hour after the initial 7 days
    8. Finally get the generic "Results" email, instant butterflies in stomach while you click on email, then open attachment and frantically try to find your score on the sheet.
    9. Then, Post on techexams passed note

You'll get a chance to have a lower DCA number than me. I reschduled my exam to 11/27. 11/13 felt rushed.

I'm really not motivated for DCA, but I need to pass it if I want to become VCDX someday.
